Valorant's Act II or Act 2 launched on August 4, 2020, bringing with it a new Battlepass full of new sprays, weapon skins, gun buddies, and other customizations.
Riot Games has broken Valorant's seasons of play into Episodes and Acts. Each Act is scheduled to run for two months, with Act 1 running from launch until earlier this week. Act 2 should run through the second week of October, roughly October 13.

Remember that there are two levels of Battlepass. One is free for everyone, while the other is called Premium. It'll set you back 1,000 Valorant Credits, which costs $9.99 USD.
Premium will give you access to 50 different tiers of rewards, ranging from skins to sprays, gun buddies to Radianite Points.

Skins
New skins come in a variety of types:
Hivemind
With options for your Ares, Vandal, Shorty, and a Sword, Hivemind should appeal to anyone who is a fan of the shiny metal + alien aesthetic.
Polyfox
All of the Polyfox weapons, which include the Sheriff, Judge, and Guardian, feature the same fox image blazoned across barrels. The blocky fox is adorable and fierce!
Red Alert
Red Alert is a strong black, red, and chrome skin pattern used on the Bucky, Stinger, Classic, and Operator.
Gun Buddies
With 11 gun buddies available to collect, it's hard to pick a favorite.
